Vendors who market food, rides, merchandise, face painting etc. must have their insurance agent email us (ChattcoRodeo@gmail.com) a Certificate of Insurance showing current liability insurance coverage before space can be confirmed. Certificate must name Hyper Sonic Agency LLC, H&W Rodeo, LLC. as well as Miller Properties as Additional Insured. Applicants must submit by email photos and lists of proposed items for sale.
